Payroll Service

Effective from 1 April 2016, all employers are required to issue itemised payslips and key employment terms (KETs) to employees covered under the Employment Act. Employers who do not comply may be fined "administrative penalties" for failure to issue itemised payslips or KETs in writing, or failure to maintain detailed employment records.

 

Our Monthly payroll package includes:

Monthly salary, overtime*, bonus, allowance and deduction computation
CPF, SDL, CDAC, MBMF, Sinda, ECF calculation
Monthly payroll summary listing for your review and approval
Monthly net pay listing for your payment to employees
Itemised payslips (by employee) to individual employee email address and complete list to your HR administrator
Monthly CPF contribution, donation and SDL listing
Online submission to CPF Board before stipulated deadline

 

Pricing for monthly payroll package:
1-5 named employees      at $80/month, payment of $240 is made upfront every quarter (3-monthly billing)
6-15 named employees    at $150/month, payment of $450 is made upfront every quarter (3-monthly billing)
>15 named employees     at additional $10/employee/month
 

Our Yearly IR8A (addon) package includes:
Form IR8A and e-submission to IRAS
Form IR8S and Appendix 8A and 8B (if required)
Form IR21 for resigned foreign employee

 

Pricing for yearly IR8A package:
$100 flat fee per organisation if you have engaged our monthly payroll service for the 12 months
Additional $5/month for the period (number of months) that you have not engaged our payroll service
For example, Company A engaged our monthly payroll service starting from June 2015. Our yearly IR8A package fee
for Company A in the calendar year 2015 is $125 [$100 + $5x5months (Jan-May)].

Full fee is payable before e-submission to IRAS
