Private Company SGD750 per month; Sole Proprietor SGD580 per month

We handle your accounting, payroll, taxation, corporate secretarial matters for just one price!
We train your staff to use our accounting software (monthly subscription included in our fee) on the following:
- handling invoicing and customer receipts;
- handling inventory receipt and issue;
- handling vendor payments;
We train your staff on documenting Petty cash/entertainment disbursement
We take your suppliers' invoices and post them into the accounting software
We take your bank statements (in csv format) and perform bank reconciliation
We compute your fixed asset depreciation
You provide us the prescribed staff addition/resignation/adjustment/bonus/overtime form for payroll computation
We calculate monthly salary, CPF, SDL, CDAC, MBMF, Sinda, ECF
We provide payroll summary and detailed computation for management's review
We provide individual salary vouchers/payslips
We handle online submission to CPF Board by stipulated deadline
We prepare and submit year-end tax forms (Form IR8A)
You receive the published Management Accounts by 25th of the following month
After financial year-end closing, you receive:
- Certified reports of financial statements [4 line Statement] [for sole proprietor);
- Annual report financial statements and compilation (for private company);
- XBRL financial statements conversion (for applicable private company); and
- Taxation computation and submission to IRAS
We handle your Corporate Secretary routine Annual Return filing with ACRA

Private Company SGD2500 per year; Sole Proprietor SGD1800 per year

We handle your accounting, taxation, corporate secretarial matters for just one price!
We update your transactions into our online accounting software on monthly basis instead of accumulating the work after year end.
You have online access to our accounting software to view your accounts anytime 24/7!
If you wish to use our accounting software for invoicing/billing to customers, just pay an additional SGD25 per month, no other hidden cost.
For all these, you just need to pay SGD2500 per year for private company and SGD1800 per year for sole proprietor.
You do not need to deal with so many service providers (tax agent, company secretary).
